Eight persons- P to W are opening their new office in different months- January, March, April, June, July, September, October, and November but not necessarily in the same order. V opens in the month which has even number of days. W opens three months after V. The number of persons opens before V is the same as after Q. Three persons open between Q and P. R opens either immediately before or immediately after P. T opens one of the months before U but not immediately before U. U does not open in the month having an even number of days. The number of persons opens between U and T is the same as between S and V.
