Cell: basic structural and functional unit of life
Cell theory: Schleiden(plants 1838)+Schwann(animals 1839)

Prokaryotic: no true nucleus(bacteria); Eukaryotic: true nucleus(plants,animals)
Plant cell: cell wall+chloroplast+large vacuole; Animal: no cell wall
