📖National Park vs Wildlife Sanctuary vs Biosphere Reserve
Biosphere Reserve is the LARGEST of all three — it can include national parks AND wildlife sanctuaries within it. It has 3 zones: Core (fully protected), Buffer (limited research), Transition (human settlement allowed). Recognized by UNESCO, not just the government.
