Rajasthan has a unicameral legislature — only Vidhan Sabha (200 seats), no Vidhan Parishad. The Vidhan Sabha has 200 seats — 4th largest state assembly in India. Rajasthan sends 25 MPs to Lok Sabha and 10 to Rajya Sabha. The Rajasthan High Court has its principal seat at Jodhpur with a bench at Jaipur. After the December 2023 assembly elections, the BJP won with Bhajan Lal Sharma becoming the new CM.
